"Yes, the hotel staff was very accommodating and the cafe/lobby was available and comfortable, but the hotel was also close to tram stops to take us around the city and was also within walking distance to the river to stroll up to the Charles Bridge. And who doesn't enjoy a floating piece of art outside their hotel?"

"Everything works wells. Really good quality apartment with good security system, spacious and well decorated unit, a fully functioned kitchen and comfortable bedding. Would rate this 5/5 if its not because of the location. It was a tad bit far from all major sight seeing spots and take note about the stairs to the main lift is on the second floor, not very convenient if you have big luggage. Other than that, its perfect."

"I found the property Luma Terra Prague to be a well maintained , well organized establishment ,and exceptionally run by its management. During my recent stay, it gave me sufficient time to really appreciate the quality of product that was being offered in spite of its status in low budget category. I enjoyed the professionalism of the personnel, the courtesy of the staff at large, and the overall warmth of their welcome. "Beautiful hotel well situated to access public transport, shops and attractions. We ate dinner in the bar 2 nights and both days it was delicious. Staff on reception and bar were very friendly. I would return again next time I am in Prague. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Rooms are a good size and very clean."

"Everything was great, staff, room, breakfast, location I cannot pick anything that matters to be negative about. However if youre looking for a hotel with a decent gym then this isnt it. Travelling for work a gym is important to me so I would just be mindful of that. Would I stay again? Yes! I would maybe look for an external gym"

"Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Mit fuß und zug überall erreischbar. Waren mit dem Auto dort und uns wurde geholfen die Dachbox abzunehmen (da die Höhe für den Parkaufzug zu hoch war). Räume sind groß und angenehm. Der Game-Changer war das Spielezimmer für die Kinder, fand ich super. Die Kinder wollten fast garnicht mehr raus😁 Frühstück war auch sehr breit gefächert. Uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder wenn uns der Weg nach Prag führt."
