Nice place
Nice cozy, friendly place. The room is quiet but the only window opens to a hallway (thus the quiet). Walking is quite noticeable from upstairs tenants if you stay in a floor-level room. Very nice breakfast.

Stopped here because of the reviews. Not really justified. It’s a 2 or max 3 out of 5… Everything is dated, not really good mattresses, and no shower curtains.. go figure! Would’ve flooded the room if took a real shower….

We have stayed here many of times. The staff are always polite and helpful. The rooms are always clean and stocked. Very quiet, and fantastic pizza!! If only there was a coffee maker in the room, this would be heaven lol 😂

Check in was easy. The desk clerk was very nice and The breakfast was delicious.. very quiet room. On the downside the room was cold and the heater didn't work very well. The bathroom was cold. There was no coffee maker.

Good location for overnight stay. Right off the Main Street but surprisingly quite. Good value and decent breakfast. Room is outdated but it’s fairly clean. Only reason to take one star off was the hair spotted on a wash cloth. Will recommend…

Quick trip to Montana.
This was final destination on quick trip for a family memorial service. The hotel was one of two in roundup. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast.

Priced too high for the condition of the room. I was not able to sleep due to the bed being so uncomfortable. I tried three different times to take a shower with no hot water and the drain in the bathtub was so filthy when I turn the water on it turned the water brown. The room had a moldy odor as well.

The water coming out of faucets was nasty but that is the cities fault not the hotel. The bathroom door had been replaced and whoever did did not know how to hang a door because it would not close. The place could use some more work but I did enjoy my stay. The owners were very nice and went out of their way to make our stay a 10

A Great place to stay.
The variety at breakfast was great. The hot food was delicious. Some of the best I have ever had. The hostess at breakfast was very engaged with the guests. I was surprised at how quiet it seemed at all hours. It felt almost like home.

It was just ok.
It was very basic.. The condition could be better. Room is spacious but things like the AC is not working properly. Humid n muggy n smell like chemical. Didnt sleep well. Staff super nice thou.

While extremely dated, the essentials of clean and comfortable bed, crispy sheets, and adequate shower were met. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast every morning. It's located in the middle of town, so there is sidewalk walking.

Nice clean motel
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The wifi worked well and so did the shower. Breakfast was offered too. They were very friendly too. The only negative was that there was little parking - only about six spaces up front and two vehicles were double parked. I would gladly stay here again.

The owners where great. Got pizza from them it was very good. Breakfast was delicious and we had a great conversation with the owners. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Bunch of 40 something 'hunters' down the hall that must have been spending their first night in a hotel. Turn your TV down, keep your voices down and close your door. I realize your self importance is paramount but just once have some consideration for other people going to work the next day. Give it a try.

Owners were very nice. They made some changes to breakfast hours to accomodate hunters. That shows how dedicated they are to providing good care. Rooms were nice & clean. Heat was great. TV was A-One.

This place was amazing. We checked in a littler early with out warning (bad guest!) and they didn’t have a problem with it, let us knew our room wasn’t quite ready yet but would be soon. We heading out for the day and came back to a nice warm, clean room! Beds were comfortable, shower was nice and hot. Had your basic hotel toiletries, and two bottle of water in the fridge for us to drink. Tv worked and they have a great selection of channels, which was nice since our kid loves her cartoons! Breakfast selection was amazing! Waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, a bunch of different milk selections and even some eggnog! It really was a nice stay, and for the price and welcoming manner of the staff I will stay here again next time we come up to Roundup. Thank you all!

The room had a KEY for the door! I love it. I can always get those to work. A little restaurant next door, and a back yard behind nd the inn. Cute place to stay and off the beaten path.

Property was very easy to locate, was in process of construction, but my room was fine. Must be the laid back atmosphere of Montana that I'm not familiar with, but had to wait some time for someone to show up at the office before checking in and breakfast room opened much later than posted

It is an old motel. There are not a lot of choices in Roundup. The water is undrinkable in town and we were provided 2 bottles of water. The room was clean but the approach ie hallways were very much in need of a vacuum
