"Greeted by valet. Checked in. Grabbed a few albums in lobby for the record player in room, which my son loved. Two queen beds were comfortable. Room size was great. Clean. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was good. Many options to choose from and help from staff was a first and welcomed. Had tickets for Red Sox and enjoyed being next door to Fenway, very convenient. Would recommend and stay here again. "

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "We enjoyed our stay, but when they put a new bottom sheet on our bed, it kept popping off. I thought they would change it when they saw it was falling off, but they did not. Either it was too small or had shrunk."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...
