This is a very unique property it looks like a motel, but the interior and grounds are pure magic. The upper floor is a beautiful diamond and crystal type palace that has a spa and lounge area. It's very upscale for the price.

One of our favorite hotels

This unique hotel is such a gem. The attention to detail and amenities are suberb. We stayed in the fabulous firkin and loved the soaking tub. Previously we stayed in the final frontier and genies bottle suites, both were so fun. Also love the free steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. We're already planning our next stay.

The Roxbury is an amazing experience! We were greeted by Robin who was super friendly and attended to our every need. The room was immaculate, individually themed and just the right size for 2 people. I would give this place an A+++!

Roxbury at Stratton Falls vs. The Roxbury Motel

Our stay at the Roxbury Motel was great. Our room was clean, and the decor unique. The whole place had great character and the front desk people were friendly. My only concern was that when I booked our room, it didn't say it was at the motel, which is a separate, but nearby, location from the Roxbury at Stratton Falls. Our friend were staying there and we didn't realize until we arrived that our place was down the road a couple of miles. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We stayed at the Mansion, in the Ghost and Mrs Hicks room. It was very clean and the decor is beautiful. We love walking by the waterfall it is amazing. The Roxbury is a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet.

The property is beautiful from the artfully crafted rooms to the gorgeous surroundings including the trail to the onsite waterfall. Being able to reserve the hot tub and sauna was another higlight of this trip. It was very relaxing. The staff was wonderfully. Chuck was able to give us a brief tour of a couple of the cottages (my husband and I stayed in the Mill of the Frozen Falls room in the mansion). The attention to detail of the decor in theae cottages is truly amazing. This was our second visit having previously stayed at The Roxbury Motel. We will definitely be back.

The main building and the rooms are beautiful. Overall it's an excellent place to stay and relax. A pool is quite small but there's a hot tub as well as a sauna. Not sure why a fireplace was in use outside on a hot sunny day but the air-conditioning in the room was quiet and efficient. One important thing to be aware of: they have another property far away, which is not that perfect and Expedia doesn't differentiate. The management accommodated us and we stayed at a better location at the address shown in an email, not where the reserved room was located.

The manaion and the Cottages are magical. The decor is out of this world and transports you to another time. No detail is spared. The staff is super friendly. This place is pretry remote there aren't many options close to dine or shop but if quiet is what you're looking for this place is it.

This was the most amazing stay we have had. The owners of this hotel have every detail covered. It is ckean, new and eclectic. The rooms are themed and you feel like you walked into anothwr world...somewhat Alice in wonderlandish! Beautiful!

The hotel is super creative and very clean! They supply shampoo etc and plenty of towels which was nice. The rooms are incredibly decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful but my big complaint is that the spas at both hotels were booked or out of order the whole weekend. It didnt seem very busy to be booked the entire time maybe they are just under staffed. Luckily the young receptionist was able to squeeze us in a 1 hour time slot but the rest of the weekend we were out of luck. Not much to do close by at this time of the year.

Girl trip

I Had planned a wonderful hiking trip with two of my friends. Unfortunately I had an injury shortly before the trip and was unable to hike. We enjoyed the Roxbury at Stratton falls to the fullest. The staff was nothing less than a accommodating and friendly. They gave us tips on things to do and told us places to visit such as the rail trail Express and the world's largest Kaleidoscope. We took advantage of those options and had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend going . I loved relaxing in the spa and took advantage of the hot tub and sauna. The short trails with the waterfalls on site are breathtaking .What a gorgeous place to stay. You don't need to find much to do if you just want to enjoy the beautifully designed rooms and relax. I'm Already trying to book my next trip back. We enjoyed the fairy room. What a magical place! We were taken back with the detail and Elegance of the room as soon as the door opened. This place Just wows you! Itssimply breath taking. So magical and not to mention but impeccably clean! ❤️
