"The rooms are not cleaned daily, and towels must be changed only prior notify to the housekeeper. There is no air conditioning in the lobby at night, and there are flies."

"They oversold the rooms for the night, so I got a different room than the one I had originally reserved. AC at lobby was barely working and it is summer in Texas. The room was extremely humid and ceiling was covered in what looked like black mold. Sheets and bath tub were dirty."

"Only got to spend a couple of hours there but can’t recommend this hotel enough. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Steamer, hair dryer, lotions all excellent amenities. Their shuttle service to the airport was not working but they got us an Uber free of charge to accommodate us. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place in Austin"

"Stayed Friday to Sunday, told front desk Saturday hey our microwave does not work. Issue was not resolved. When checking out I brought it up and the lady avoided my concern by asking do you want your receipt. Elevator smelled so bad including the hallways like paint and chemicals. Not going there again for what I was charged."

"It felt more like a 3-star than a 4-star. The wall art and vibe were unique. The hotel looked and felt old. People in rooms could easily be heard from the hallway and the people in the hallway could easily be heard in the rooms. The bathroom was small. I couldn’t get their electric vehicle charger to work and the front desk couldn’t help me because it was 3rd party. The pool was out of service the first day we were there.
