"Nice hotel but we are a family of three and were put in the basement because that is their largest room (is what they said). The room was not that big. Our floor was -1 in the elevator. We had a view of a stairwell. Upon checking in we found ants in our bathroom. They had an air freshener in the room that hurt my throat it was so strong and hard to sleep in. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Saturday night heard some music from the outside, but otherwise very quiet room. Dublin Express stop was 5 min walking from the hotel - which again so convenient to get to and from airport. Highly recommend property!!!"

"It is a beautiful hotel but it was dirty and not maintained. House keeping was not good, they left our door ajar and add the "I'm out" door flag to the door. Sheets were not changed, trash cans were not emptied. We had to ask for toilet paper. No shampoo or soap in the room the first night. The area was loud with construction and homeless people.
