"If you’re booking and the breakfast is included/listed, call to confirm what the food actually is. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because breakfast was included and at checkin, I was informed the owner is phasing out breakfast and that it would be minimal. There were 2 cereal options offered at breakfast and that’s it. No food beyond that. Also the hot tub was broken, another reason we picked this hotel, so call/ask about that first, of thats something your filtering for. The location is great, the hotel is entirely old and run down. There was a woman who checked me in who was super helpful and very nice. The other front desk gentleman was not helpful."

"The sink was stopped up on arrival. TV stopped working on the second day. Room above had small children who were loud , which sounded like they were jumping on and off the beds. When brought to attention of staff,we were told that until 10pm nothing could be done Also was disappointed there was no laundry facilities"
