The air conditioner was reverse cycle which was excellent in one room but did not really warm the main bedroom- we had to leave the door open. The fridge was noisy. The hot water was great and lots of water pressure. Location was very central and an easy drive to places. "

"My stay at ROY was absolutely unforgettable! The views from each floor was purely therapeutic! The breakfast each morning was beautifully made. Kudos to each and every one of the staff for being extra kind and going out of their way to make my stay extra comfortable. I must say, yhe heated bathroom floors was the biggest feature to highlight! Must add though, that the couch and armchairs in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and I kept experiencing unusual back pain after use. Overall a wonderful stay and I will be trying out the other units next time (in hopes that their couches are better!) "
