"Sent my luggage to Galway. Not an issue but had to phone the hotel 3 times to find out what was happening. On all occasions was told someone would ring me back or send me the details. They didn’t. Not 5 star hotel service unfortunately Hotel was fine. Clean and central, no issues "

"Check in was quick and staff polite. The room was modern, clean and included an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided was excellent with a good range of hot and cold food. The hotel is not on a bus route, but buses (and trains) can be accessed on Botanic Avenue, approx. 5/10 minutes walk away."

"Staff was very helpful in rescheduling our Black Taxi tour when our original driver failed to show. It was also nice having laundry available, although a wash load took 2 hrs and dryer 1 1/2 hrs (detergent pods are sold @ front desk for $2 per load). Check-in was all done @ a kiosk put staff able to assist. Would suggest more lighting in the bathroom and washcloths included w/ the face/bath towels."

"Hotel was lovely & staff were very friendly. Only problem was the length of time it took to get the lift! We wanted to go to the Observatory bar but waited 22 minutes on the lift, as one was reserved for priority guests & the other was a service lift. Also took quite a while to get a drink at the Observatory bar."
