"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here.
First, I requested an extra blanket and was told they do not provide additional blankets. The staff member acted as if I was asking for something unreasonable, which was surprising for such a basic request.
The breakfast situation was unacceptable. It was overcrowded, only available until 9am, and felt very unsanitary. The staff member handling food was not wearing gloves, and items were barely restocked....

"We stayed in the King suite and are very thankful our plans changed and we didn’t have all four of us and our dog or we wouldn’t have fit. The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk. "Building is in desparate need of a refresh. The carpet in our room was stained and filthy. Concern about the filter in the HVAC as I had congestion the next day. Staff was wonderful and kind. They did say renovations are coming. Breakfast was very limited. "

"We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. "
