"We didn’t arrive until late due to flight delays, but what we saw was beautiful. It feels like a little oasis among our travels. The staff was very welcoming, the restaurant is large but has a very cozy feel to it, and the shuttle service was phenomenal dealing with our crazy times in/out. Wish we had more time there than just a layover to explore the surrounding area. When we make it back to Quito we will be staying for a much longer time."

"Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. They’re horrible… so we thought we would try somewhere close and cheap…. "The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold."
