"The hotel is beautiful. The staff truly is amazing. I found it a little pricey for meals & laundry service but I readily admit the service reflected more than appropriately. The beds are an area that definitely need attention (very hard), the tvs are a little small and limited. But the pool is top notch, the hot tub was fantastic, the service was the best I’ve ever had in any hotel. Over all, the people that work there make that place worth the stay. Thank you!"

"I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional. "

"Skyline is very clean, with a unique atmosphere. This is because of the wonderful and kind staff who are professional, polite, attentive to every detail , bright and happy. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is definitely one to set you for the day. Personally i found no complaint with the food, the service and that they will go that extra mile. The bed i found slightly hard but it may well suit anothers taste. Bathroom clean and shower excellent. There is 24 hour security with a detector...
