"We were forced at registration to sign agreement to terms and conditions we could not read, via our phone. This did not set a good mood. There was heavy emphasis at registration on what might be termed crime and punishment. I gather they have had some issues with guests in the past. The decor was terrible--raw distressed concrete, and the room was poorly thought out (no bedside table where the reading light was, because there was a sink in the way)."

"Very clean, room was adequate but really not worth for what we paid but if you take in the fact we could walk 3 minutes to the private beach; it was worth it. "

"Great quiet location. Close to Anna Marie Island. Pool is awesome. All grounds immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking paths close by. Large breakfast buffet with variety of hot and cold options. We had a Marina view room so relaxing to sit on balcony and watch the boats cone and go. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Wasn't what was advertised. Also had an issue with someone going in my room while i was gone and issue NEVER resolved. Everyone i talked to kept trying to guess what happened and said let them investigate and get back with me NEVER heard anything "
