The room itself was fine, exactly what you expect form a budget hotel. Thenlocation was good, clise to the university but limited sidewalks made walking difficult. Thenonky real complaint is the clientele, which were sometimes shady, and the exterior of the buidling, which was sad. Its about what you'd expect in this price range.

There wasn’t enough parking. One of the employees was extremely rude. They asked for a cash deposit upon arrival. They didn’t have one of the rooms we booked so someone had to sleep on the floor but wouldn’t give us a cheaper rate. Just a horrible experience. Do not stay here!

It had all the amenities, but had a dirty feel about it. The linens were stained. The shower curtains had obvious phlegm deposits. Although it was a smoking room, the stench was over the top. Maintenance clearly over due.

This property could use a serious remodel. Handicap is was not. Step over into tub/shower, toilet paper holder was a stretch, maid service non existent, no outside drink machine, empty your own trash. It stunk. Won’t stay again.

The bed had dirty sheets and when they gave me a new room the walls and ceiling were covered in random black skids and what looked like dirt also had spider webs by the mirror by the bed the towels had dirt on them also

i asked for service two hrs ago still haven’t got it and it’s not the cleanest because these walls look dirty an kids have been all over them also the blankets suck because there so thin so yeah don’t recommend staying here

It's convenient, clean, close to the interstate and many restaurants. Also, this is the only place I've stayed in ages that still offers smoking rooms. I guess the other rooms have been renovated more but they are still clean and I sleep just fine. I'm a travel nurse and that's about all I'm doing there anyway. Nice folks too

This is an older motel, but has been renovated in recent years. The rooms and facilities were nice and clean.

Motel needs updating. There was only a desk chair for reading and it was worn. The service was good, however, as well as the shower, and the bed was comfortable. The only hot item for breakfast were waffles, but with no butter. A waffle without butter is like a shoe without a lace! On the other hand, the price was right!

Front desk spoke very little English, Room did not have the hair dryer, Iron, Had a mini coffee pot but nothing to make coffee, no alarm clock, TV made clicking noises while watching, floors were dirty, like sticky. Cigarette burn holes in comforter on bed. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.
