"The worst hotel and worst living experience I have ever had. The room key cards were not working for 2 times. And at night there’s a strong man broke into our room with a key card showing the same room number, which means the hotel sell this room to other people, which made us super horrified.
I will never choose this hotel brand!"

"The hallways smelled rancid, the room was for the most part clean, and did not smell. The bathroom needs repairing, baseboards and tile were busted. And they need to put in soundproof walls. We were not able to get rest all night long. People walking up and down the hallways, and our upstairs neighbors were the loudest. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, that was the most positive thing."

"Arrived to the hotel super late and the gentleman that checked us in was great. He was quick and provided us all the information needed for our stay and breakfast hours and gave us a goodie bag with water and cookies for us to enjoy. Great stay and comfortable beds."

"Staff was wonderful pleasant and helpful. Hotel shuttle took us to the nearby train station and gave us directions to get to downtown Seattle. The beds were very comfortable, but if your short, you’d probably need to request a stool, as they are quite high. Shuttle was available to take us to the airport, and driver was very helpful explaining where we needed to go to check out bags. If in Seattle again would definitely stay again. The hot continental breakfast offered a nice variety"
