"This was a great location! We needed a hotel with an open parking lot for our sprinter van so this was perfect. First room had a strong chemical smell due to some recent work. I called down and they took care of getting us into a different room asap. Nice view of the bridge. Really clean. Good breakfast. My only suggestion is that they get someone to clean tables at breakfast since it’s such a high use area. Even if they left towels and spray to clean them ourselves. Well worth the price. Very...

"The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. "The housekeeping staff was subpar, didn’t clean the room between nights, didn’t stock hand soap or enough towels. Toilet barely flushed. Staff was nice overall"

"The room itself is extremely clean, and the hotel is very close to museums.And the mint and the ben franklin museum. It's very close to chinatown and the reading market. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the neighborhood around the hotel has gotten a bit rough, and there's definitely more homeless people around there; i would be more cautious walking around the neighborhood at nighttime. The cleaning staff was very helpful and the front desk was friendly and efficient."

"The room was okay. The facility seemed rather old and heater area was dusty. Coffee that we had to pay on the first floor was awful. Parking is detached from the hotel, which is not convenient and not free. Staff didn’t explain well."

"The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value."
