"Excellent news "

"Overall we were disappointed in this stay and we have been there several times before. It is likely our last stay. The pool was closed, the breakfast was cold and lacking. Not the standards that we have come to expect at a Hamptons Inn."

"Very clean and comfortable. The Pool was a fun way to relax after sight seeing in bourbon country. Good breakfast in a clean and welcoming area."

"Said i booked a smoke room (my daughter can't) clerk tried to switch it couldn't. Went to room open the door the beds looked like they were slept in. The covers had burn marks then i threw back the sheets and they were dirty with hair all over them. It smelled so bad, we were getting sick. Turned around in less than 5 minutes and then was offered a new room. So you lied to me too. We didn't even feel safe there. The room next to us had their door wide open watching us."

"Nice hotel, suite was clean and spacious. Kitchenette was nice. Room was not ready at checkin time so we had to wait for an hour in the lobby, which was disappointing."

"Room was great! The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to see so much on offer. Location was great as we were seeing a concert next door."

"The staff was rude and the beds were never cleaned and had blood and mold on them and they refused to give me a refund even after I changed rooms."

"The family suite was clean and spacious. Having a king, queen, sofabed, and sitting area plus full kitchen was wonderful. The beds were very comfy. My favorite part of the room was the rainfall showerhead! It was amazing! I think I need one at home!"

"I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building.
