"I had a very enjoyable stay and my experience remained positive throughout. The check-in process was smooth, and although I arrived early, the staff were happy to store my luggage until my room was ready. The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they quickly provided an iron and ironing board when requested. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a fantastic view over the Warsaw skyline. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout my stay. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The reception staff were always helpful, and on the day of departure they kindly assisted me in booking a taxi to the airport, making my journey home much easier. Overall, great staff, a clean room, good facilities, and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw."

"There was no outside phone line from my room so I could not call anybody outside the hotel. There is no secure WIFI anywhere even in the conference room. Small fridge with stuff inside - no space for your water or anything else. Very expensive restaurant with average quality of food. Very slippery bathtub. Not so good ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom need update."

"Our one night stay at Polonia Palace was super comfortable, with cozy beds, quiet and ample space. The lobby and the reception is elegant. It's a high end hotel at a moderate price, so close ( 5 minutes walk ) to the train station. It is also well connected through metro and trams/buses to Old town ( 10-15m). There was no time for the breakfast, as we had to catch an early train. I would love to stay here again, during our next visit to Warsaw."

"Check-in and check-in were very fast and easy. Breakfast is delicious. I arrived before 3pm but was still checked in by the staff. The location is right in the center of Warsaw, so is very convenient. Hotel is clean, well-maintained, and most importantly for me, the room is very quiet despite being nearby the train station."
