"Check in to no working elevators or hot tub. Then the desk gave us a key to an occupied room to which we walked in on the people. The guy at the desk then proceeds to ask me if I am sure it was occupied when I told him. The stair wells had sawdust on every step. "

"There are zero drawers or shelves in the room. The closet had only 2 coat hangers. The mattress cover was too small and would not stay on the mattress. Tuesday no one showed up from housekeeping. We had to take all the dirty towels and shower rug to the receptionist. No toiletries were refreshed."
