A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee. Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine. Spa facilities are also amazing!

The regular hotel shuttle to the front de neige and back again is bliss. Extremely helpful driving team. They've created a good balance of luxury and amenability. The spa is splendid and the pool area very pleasant to be around.

Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit stilvollem Ambiente und erstklassigem Service. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein echtes Highlight. Besonders die Saunen und Ruhezonen laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist schön, aber etwas kühl. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man eher wärmeres Wasser bevorzugt. Frühstück, Zimmer und Lage: top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
