"The hotel is in an amazing location.. with so much to do on the doorstep!! Wish we’d researched a bit more and could have stayed longer, it’s well worth doing so if you love the outdoors!! It’s a beautiful hotel, with such helpful and lovely staff.. and the food is wonderful!!"

"Very scenic location in the hillside facing the lake and castle. Easy walk to Arona waterfront for a nice stroll / ferry terminal or lunch & Dinner. The breakfast great and had dinner at hotel one night and food was perfect. Great wine selection too. We had a Balcony room and the lake / Mountain views were nice. Sunsets were beautiful. Sunrise if your up early faces right at the room. Easy drive to MXP airport too."

"Beautiful castle, unfortunately, not up to its full potential, A bit outdated, but still beautiful. Great value for experiencing something historic. The grounds however, are simply spectacular and the food truly amazing. ."

"The deluxe room was very clean and had 2 small balconies and a very comfortable bed. The view across the lake was fabulous. Air conditioning was a must as every day was the mid to upper 30’sC. The breakfast buffet was okay…fruit, yogurt etc good but I would avoid the scrambled eggs.. they seemed to be reconstituted…and, as near always in Europe, the bacon was only partially cooked. I would not recommend dinner. The pool area was very good albeit there is the usual scramble for places and music...

"The staff were so helpful, the breakfasts were amazing and all the facilities were very good. There is a bubble pool, sauna, relaxation rooms and various massages that can be booked. I had the singing bowls massage it was superb."

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff: lovely, helpful, welcoming, it was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and above all, our deep gratitude to the owner, Renzo. The hotel is right across Villa Fedora park and beach, and the view from the room was fantastic. Our room was clean and kept so everyday, breakfast was delicious (with lots of choices). Definitely recommend!"

"Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der See. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz verfügbar. Bitte Markttag beachten. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
