"The people working there was nice, welcoming and helpful, but thats about the only positive quality it had. There was an A/C but it didnt work, power socket didnt work, not even a toilet seat.. it's R150 for a basic toilet seat it's not much to ask for in a room. There was a large amount of dust in the room, to a point you could feel it coming down from the roof while you were laying in bed. The place looks like it might have been nice 10 years ago but hasnt seen a day of maintanance in years....

Our game driver was a 11/10, outstanding knowledge, friendly and courteous. You name it we saw it. The hospitality staff was incredible from housekeeping, front desk, wait staff and everyone we interacted with. Food options were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, we are definitely going to go back."

"Kruger park was only about 20 minutes away by drive. All of the staff were wonderful. So friendly. Whatever you wanted, they would get for you. I couldn’t single out one staff member because they were all perfect. The suites are gorgeous and spotless with a wonderful view of the Sabe River. The food was excellent and so plentiful. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay to get to Kruger and experience the game drives. The drivers were excellent and it was easy to see their love for the animals and nature of South Africa. Highly recommend."
