"Esperienza orribile, viaggio da 20 anni e non mi era mai successa una cosa simile. Nonostante abbia parlato con il responsabile della struttura che mi aveva detto che fino alle 22:00 la porta automatica sarebbe stata aperta, dopo 7 ore di macchina arrivo alle 21:30 e la porta era chiusa.
