"Our stay at the Westin in Portland was great. Staff was kind and helpful, room service was great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had the best view of the town. My only complaint would be the small park right next door, it seems there is a lot of illegal activity and homelessness. That being said, I didn't really feel unsafe, but it was not pleasant to walk past everyday. "

"We were flying out next am and location of this hotel was good - short drive to airport. Nice rooms, beautiful breakfast area. Great staff...placed us in a quiet wing as other area was filled with kids and families attending a sporting event. I would certainly stay in this hotel again."

"The stay was great! Affordable for a family (2 kids, 2 adults) Beds were amazing! Kids and I really enjoyed the pool and how late it was open. Front desk staff was incredible and super helpful and friendly. The interactions were genuine; not forced like typical chain hotels. Very refreshing and welcoming. With the new ownership and renovations it has drastically improved, I can't wait to take the family there again! Can't forget the free breakfast, delicious! No complaints from either...
