"This property was a throwback today's gone by, but in a very charming way. The staff was wonderful, the armory lounge was terrific, and we liked our room. Because of the age of the hotel, there is no room to expand the bathroom. That being said, the shower was comfortable as were the other facilities. The location was fantastic. We would highly recommend this property."

"Really good option for a one night stay on a budget. Staff is very friendly. The hotel used to be a Holiday Inn so it has the normal amenities such as indoor and outdoor pool. Tons of meeting space. Was upgraded to a room with the fireplace, which was really nice."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's in a great location for sightseeing in Portland and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We loved the little things like the flavored seltzers and snacks by the elevators on our floor. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but had a drink and sat by the beautiful gas firepit. There was live music that night which was great. All around a great stay."

"Trash was taken out daily but the beds weren't made. There was no cutlery available inside the room it had to be requested. Also only 1 of the sockets in 1 of the power outlets was working properly. No guest available ice machine either which was highly frustrating."
