"Wonderful location! Stayed one night before catching the train to MP. The hotel is the middle of everything, great spot.
Check-in was quick and easy. However, we were given a room that was NOT completely clean. We asked for a different room and they did switch us to another room. The staff then upgraded us to a Balcony Room that had an excellent view to the Sitio Arqueologico de Ollentaytambo and right over the river. Rooms have no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. No extra toilet paper. What you get is what you have. We tried asking for another roll but did not find anyone at the front desk. There was a fridge in every room. No AC, humidity is high. Breakfast was excellent. Any style eggs, medley fruit cup, coffee, juice, bread with strawberry jelly (not buffet style). The hotel arranged an exceptional transfer from Cusco airport to Ollentaytambo, our driver Luis made the route safely in 1 hour 40 minutes. The train station is a 10 minute walk down hill.👌
We really like this hotel for it's location but sad to say we would not stay here again."
