"Very happy with our stay. Lady from New Jersey (reception) was great & friendly. Our room was recently upgraded, and was lovely. Breakfast was good (better than many). Has a simple, effective gym, and a pool - didn't use either tho! Wasn't sure how hotel would be, given mixed reviews (as usual), but would definitely stay again 😁"

I called the front desk and asked for security and was told there is no security and then I said call the police. She said she called the police but no one showed up. This went on for over 30 minutes. I would never come back to this property. "

"We felt unsafe and left the next morning. If we had other options, we would have canceled as soon as we checked out our room. Smelled horrible, dingy, two access doors with cheap toggle locks, dirty comforters full of holes. Loud noises all night and unlit, unsafe patio our room. I can’t believe they qualify as a choice for hotels.com. I’ve asked for my money back, but have heard nothing from Hotels.com. "
