"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room they put us in was dirty and the bathtub faucet was broken. The hot water would not come on at all. The lights did not work. It was disgusting. They moved us to a room with water. The lights still didn’t work. Several things were broken. The receptionist came into our room at MIDNIGHT screaming and waking us from a dead sleep saying we didn’t belong there and needed to leave. I then reminded her she had moved our room herself to which she was like “oh yeah” and just turned around and left. I didn’t sleep the rest of the night terrified that whoever she tried to check into our room would come back in. Our keys did not work. I asked her to fix them and she asked me which room, I told her, then she just made the key without asking for id or confirming it was my room. Then it worked for only one single use. The balcony door would not lock. The elevator floor was rotting out. The ceiling tiles in the hall were missing. Honestly if you are looking for a trap house, you found it. Absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER go back and will warn anyone I know to avoid it like the plague. I feel like I need a tetanus shot from that experience."

"The common areas were nice and overall the hotel was clean. There were several room features that were broken, however, including the door security lock, towel rack, and toilet paper holder. The staff were mostly friendly, especially in the morning. "

"I was staying with a dog and was happy to notice that there were plenty of spaces to take her out to potty. It would be nice to have a couple more trash receptacles outside. Staff was extremely helpful when the weather turned bad. "

"I had two nights reserved and checked out after the first night. While the room appeared clean it had a strong musty smell that would not go away. When booking, I didn't realize that this hotel is used more as an extended stay. Shampoo and conditioner were not provided. When I went out to buy some, I also picked up room freshener and deoderizer. Neither helped the smell. Tornado sirens went off the evening I was there. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The hallways, however, had such a strong smell of weed. In the morning, I went to speak with someone at the front desk and no one was there. I later called and they said on the weekends they don't staff the desk until 10. I let them know that due to the strong smells in the building I would be checking out early and not returning that evening. Staff friendly. No toiletries. Strong overpowering smells. "

"The hotel was updated, nice, clean, staff friendly. They make effort, just miss the mark on breakfast. Eggs (weird crumbles; very uniform like squares) sausage (sponge like) & waffles were the only hot food(identical all 3 mornings) coffee is instant out of a machine. We “ate” the first morning then skipped. Some cereal & muffins, bread for toast, oranges, apples, and some yogurt in an open cooler. OJ warm on the counter and milk in a pitcher too. Again, sort of effort and what’s expected, just not as able to find something to eat like most basic breakfast hotels. Everything prepackaged. Clean, just nothing good or healthy. "
