"I recently stayed and had someone use the lock code and walk into my room at almost 1 in the morning. I was sleeping but the bright light outside woke me up. The hotel did nothing for me, just changed the door code. Having someone walk into your room is never ok on a vacation. Kind of ruined my entire experience "

"Very dated, no amenities. Went to get coffee at 6:24, very unfriendly person at the desk told us very firmly that breakfast wasn’t until 6:30. All we wanted was coffee, she said it wasn’t ready and again informed us that breakfast was at 6:30. No coffee pot in room. Toilet seat was about to fall off of the toilet. We were able to screw it on a little tighter. Will NEVER stay there again!!!"

"Room was ok. Beds were different sizes. Shower wasnt very clean"

"Room was in need of an update; bathtub shower was dangerously slick. Pool was nice although heated water was still somewhat chilly. Having a lounge was nice, but the cooler did not chill the beer. Breakfast wasn't very good-cold eggs and sausage. We understand the facility is going through renovations, but we decided to shorten our stay by a couple days. Staff was courteous."

"When we booked the pictures showed an oven with four burners but when we arrived there was an empty space where an oven once sat. We did find a burner plate with 2 burners to cook on but you should not advertise what you do NOT have. Otherwise we had a fairly decent stay."

"The property seems to be undergoing some intense renovations. The room was extremely clean however, the rest of the resort was less than average, especially for the price per night. The pictures online to not clearly nor accurately represent the property."

"Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The area is nice, felt safe at all times. Didn't use the pool, so no comment there. Downsides: elevator was out the entire time we stayed. They did call me 2 dsys before checkin to let me know. It was an inconvenience due to my mobility and ballance issues. Unfortunately I was not able to locate another property for the days we were here. They put us on the 2nd floor, so that was vetter than the 3rd I guess. I did pay for a 1 bedroom suite, but they put me in a studio (lower cost room, no refunds either). Considering the oropwas built in 2020, they have had constant elevator issues vased on comments from others over the past 12-18 months. Slept good, and enjoyed my time in Clearwater. Not sure if I eill stay here again though, due to the sketch elevator."
