"The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. "Loved our apartment here. We were spoilt with a 70th floor location and the views were impressive. Don't think I'll ever get to stay in somewhere so nice with such amazing views. The sheer number of apartments in Busan blew me away every time I looked out the window. We had three bedrooms which was perfect for my family and mother in law to have some space.
