Pleasant stay

Front desk staff were very professional and helpful. Pleasantly suprised that housekeeping cleaned my room when i didn't request it. Would stay here again. Good variety for breakfast.

It was ok stay. We have stayed in this hotel may time and had better stays. We didnt get a microwave and should of had 1. There was stains on the carpet. They take out the hot tub. The best part of the stay was the breakfast.

The hotel needs an interior upgrade. The PTAC unit in our room rattled all night. The bed platforms were old and need replacement. The breakfast would good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Comfort is Key

Coming from someone who's never stayed at the Hampton Inn, I would consider this hotel to be very comfortable and accommodating. The full bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom surprised me and the hot breakfast was incredible. My family and I had a very comfortable stay and fun in the pool as well. I will definitely plan my next family vacation with Hampton/Hilton

When booking the hotel was advertised as having a hot tub, the hot tub was permanently closed and the pool was ice cold, we booked this hotel for roughly 40 dollars more per night because of the hot tub, we were extremely upset and very disappointed that we were lied to by the hotel and the booking service about the amenities of this hotel

The pool and hot tub were out of order, so we asked for a late check out or a discount. They said we could have a late checkout. Day of checkout came and they came knocking on our door telling us we had to leave with no late check out. The toilet in our room was rigged to work and it was very difficult to flush.

The staff was very helpfuland friendly,the room is very welcoming but the cleanliness could have been better ,there was a hair in the tub,there was hair in the bathroom by the hair dryer and the carpet could use a deep clean the beds were very comfortableand clean! The hot tub jets were not working and the pool was kinda chiĺly but my kids loved it!! The breakfast was great!!
