Gorgeous pool and great services and great size room

Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Breakfast lacked choice for my liking and could be improved, but overall would recommend and stay here again.

Room was clean. All staff are pleasant and friendly. I didn't have time to sample the bar. The gym was good.

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. The room is clean and the shower room is spacious. The cleaning staff are friendly. Towels were changed and bed were made daily.

Staff is nice and helpful and everything is very clean. You can also leave your luggage before check in and after check out. Second time here

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special. The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors. Clean modern hotel with excellent service. Paid for premium room upgrade which had fantastic views over the harbour. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay again, we stayed last year and were so impressed we decided to that we return again. Highly commendable staff and a pleasure to have stayed here.

ALL OF THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL ,LOCATION 10 MINUTE WALK TO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC PLACE. NOT ALL FACILITIES ARE OPEN BUT THE HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS. WE ARRIVED FROM DUBAI AT 07.15 AM AND WERE CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY (CHECK IN OFFICIALLY 14.00). THIS WAS GREAT SERVICE AT NO EXTRA COST.

Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.
