"We spent 3 days in the "cowshed" room at Le Bois Gautier. The accommodation was very spacious with a full kitchen and a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
We received a warm welcome from the new owner Bill who had prepared a log fire for our arrival, this made the accommodation very cosy and was a great touch. Bill had also brought some snacks/breakfast for us.
The place was gorgeous, and very quiet, being in the middle of the countryside. It is located about 30 min drive from the scenic town...

"We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi. Au premier abord, je pensais passer une nuit assez simple dans un bon hôtel. Mais je n’ai jamais été autant surprise par la qualité exceptionnelle de l'hôtel ainsi que de son restaurant : l’accueil était très agréable, avec un personnel d’un grand professionnalisme. Les chambres sont bien décorées, bien agencées et d’une grande propreté.
Quant au restaurant, il mérite d’être plus connu : les chefs sont vraiment doués, les plats sont exceptionnels,...
