"The location is perfect, not the mention the room is sound proof, as well as, spacious for two with the queen sized bed. Staff was friendly and very helpful, willing to help no matter the question. Breakfast where should I begin, it was mediocre and have much of a variety, just words from the wise don't have high expectations at breakfast.... I would recommend because of location, property and staff.. "

I stood in the COLD waiting for them for close to an hour, they refused to text me - instead kept calling which was $$$ for me, then instead of apologizing explained to me that they had extenuating circumstances. I didn't warm up u til the next day!!! I paid extra to make things simple/easy and the opposite resulted. The place itself was great. The breakfast was divine. But the customer service - nightmare.
