"The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and courteous. They had very good ideas for me when I asked questions. And they helped arrange the room bed clothing so that I could sleep cooler at night."

"The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and places of interest, such as Notre Dame Cathedral. Expedia states they have an elevator but when we arrived they said they do not have one. We were put in room 114 which has a strange set up. "The staff at this hotel was excellent. They were cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. Their service alone would make me come back. The hotel is in a great location , within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens etc.. The rooms are European which tend to be small. The only issue was a broken elevator which made travel to the room floors challenging. Again the staff assisted."
