"Showed up room wasn’t even ready waited 3 hours and never was updated until I had to call the front desk myself. Broken elevator in my area had to walk pretty far. Staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly I understand fiesta weekend can be stressful but requires patience. Ac barely blew cool I was so tired of dealing with the property I just didn’t bother. Valet was overwhelmed. Not worth the $"

"Stayed here as a honeymoon gift for my sister and brother-in-law, and overall they had a good experience. The location is a big plus — it’s very close to the River Walk, which made everything convenient and easy to access. One thing to be aware of is parking. The hotel only offers valet, and it’s about $60 per night. That was a bit of an unexpected downside. If you want to avoid that cost, you’ll need to find parking at a nearby garage and walk. Aside from that, it was a decent stay and they enjoyed their time. Just plan ahead for parking so there are no surprises."

"Staff was very nice & helpful. Hotel had recently been purchased by Wyndham several months ago according to the lady at the check in desk, however it definitely is in need of some updating and attention. AC clearly was not working in the lobby area so it was very warm. Room was nice but bathroom was outdated and needed updating. No water or cleaning wipes in the gym to clean equipment. It was overall not a bad stay but until they give this place some TLC and a little facelift, I probably won’t stay again. Good location though! Has lots of potential! "
