"La Maison Grivolas is a hidden gem. So.much so that we had a little difficulty finding it. When we were in the right area according to Google, we were approached by man who asked, in English, if he could help. Mathieu turned out to be the proprietor of the hotel! The rooms are unique but well appointed including cooking facilities but we chose to take Mathieu's restaurant recommendations. He is both friendly and knowledgeable about Avignon, its restaurants, museums and best places to visit....

"For a small extra charge per day we upgraded to a delicious breakfast buffet with many healthy offerings Grounds are beautful. Attention is given to every detail. Comfortable spaces to relax & enjoy the outdoors. Room was very clean, had spacious balcony & modern furnishings including very comfortable bed. "
