Great hotel! Amazing staff, so helpful and welcoming! Great location. We loved everything in this hotel.

What a magical find. Love the hotel and its proximity to the beach and the restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful. Don’t usually go for hotel breakfast but this was the exception. Had a small double room away from sea which I now wish I’d paid the extra for. SJDL is a beautiful place and this hotel is the right place to enjoy it from.

Gorgeous hotel on the waterfront - the most impressive in Saint Jean de Luz, with a nice (simple) spa. The staff are the highlight - effortlessly efficient & totally capable - from the (handsome) door men to the amazing receptionist, capable maids & talented masseuse. The whole hotel was immaculately presented, including the room. My only disappointment was that the room was far too hot without the window open, and much too noisy with it open. So I didn’t sleep as well as I could have. This was...

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about. The only reason I gave 4/5 on service is because there is nobody at the desk from 8pm - 8am. This didn't bother me in any way and if I were going to check in later then they said they'd be there. I'd recommend La Marisa to anyone and would stay again.

Excellent hotel, friendly welcome from the reception staff. Absolutely spotless throughout. Puts some of the bigger chains to shame. Will definitely stay again.

Great location just in the heart of the city all the shops, restaurants and the beach are 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but everything is clean and well maintained. It also has all basic equipment in the rooms with coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable! The reception is not 24/7, so make sure you are aligned with the staff on the details of your check in

Great wee hotel directly opposite railway station and bus stops. Lovely clean safe area close to shopping , restaurants, market and beautiful main square..

We had a great stay. The receptionists were very helpful and ready to give recommendations. We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves in the mornings. The kids loved it!

Beautiful clean, room! Friendly reception staff and hotel is within short walking distance of the beach and other attractions in the town

When checking in I asked for the possibility to change to á room with a sea view, an option not offered on hotels.com. The gentleman on reception kindly arranged this for me. Reception was manned 24 hours a day and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and serviced daily. It was extremely comfortable. I felt more as if I were staying in a country house than an hotel. This I think, is due to the fact that it is a family run hotel with high...

What a unique destination and fabulous hotel and spa! The service we received from all the staff was professional, helpful and friendly! The room far exceeded our expectation and the attention. To detail and delicious food were “next level”. Honestly, this was our favourite part of our journey!

Wonderful room, friendly staff and lovely restaurant

Very clean. Decent aircon. Plenty of parking. Taxi to St Jean de Luz town centre about €20. 20 min walk to beautiful beach.

We stopped off in Saint Jean de Luz on our way home from Spain. Even though the weather was awful we received a lovely warm welcome from Marie, the receptionist at this beautiful old hotel. It has been totally renovated and the public areas are really impressive. The rooms are excellent, spacious and spotlessly clean. Good shower as well as a nice deep bath, great after a long journey. Although the weather was very inclement, we could see from our room that the hotel had a pretty formal...

We enjoyed our brief stay at Mosaik Hotel. We were welcomed by a lovely lady in Reception who helped us park our car, store our bikes and offered to help with any questions or information. Our family apartment was a good size, comfortable, clean and equipped as described. The air-con was much appreciated as it was very hot during our stay and the hotel location is ideal for shops, restaurants, transport and the beach.

Room was lovely Receptionist very helpful

Very nice hotel with a very friendly welcome when we arrived. Room was excellent, the pool area was very clean and well maintained. Parking underground out of the sun was great too.

Very comfortable bed. Lovely hotel. Just across from the train station so ideal when arriving by train. Staff very friendly. Room cleaned daily and towels changed. Would stay here again.
