"The staff were super!! Very helpful and offering to help us everywhere. Top notch. The room needs a desperate renovation and more attention to cleaning. Bedding was wrinkled and looked like the sheets weren't changed, we inspected closely and determined they were. Windows were dirty inside with smudges and window seal was broken hindering view. Screen on the window was tore and blowing in wind. Candy eggs on inside by window and chips on floor by window from previous guests. Shower walls are old and stained, shower head is very low. Very dusty, i left a (clean me) message with my finger. We couldn't tell how clean the brown carpet was but chose to wear our shoes.However, this hotel is in a great location with lots of good restaurants around. TV is great for streaming and bed is comfortable. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was. We may try again but insist on a different room if we walk into this again. This was one night so we chose to work with it."
