"Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...

"Obviously we stayed there out of season. Therefore, even for the shops, bars, restaurants that were open for business, unfortunately we didn’t make it to because it was freezing out. Walking around was definitely not happening. Property did have some areas that would definitely benefit from maintenance work/normal wear and tear. "

Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. "

"The room was a suite, the floor plan was just like a small apartment. Spacious and clean!"

"Hotel is clean, room amenities are excellent, bed sheets and pillows sparkling white. I did request a microwave in our room to heat up our food and I was surprised that there’s no charge for it. Beautiful views, in a quaint town. We went in April though so some of the shops are still closed. We will definitely come back. "

"We stayed here a few years ago (maybe 3?) when the motel had just opened. The building needs a little work on minor things, as an example- our toilet set was loose. The motel is convenient to shopping and restaurants, but it is very noisy. We could easily hear road traffic. The walls are thin, and we could hear other people talking and walking, along with toilet flushes. Breakfast was disappointing, at 7:30 am, there was no hot items, and the waffle mix was empty. The desk staff did come...

"The room was relatively clean except for the stains on the sheets and the leftover soap with hair on it that was from previous Visitors and leftover shampoo. It was gross.. There was no hot water. I left the water run for 6 minutes and it only got Luke warm.. so no shower for me. I left at approximately 7am rang the bell for service but no one showed up so I left. "
