"This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

"Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...

I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5* hotel and gave a 5* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. Also a good idea to have salt and pepper on the tables instead of having to keep asking for them. This...

"This hotel was great, rooms a little small but on the whole it was a great choice fir our ski holiday, loved the ski in ski out. Locker room tight and lockers thin could fit our boots in but ok for skis and poles. "

"Large, nicely decorated apartment with good bedding. Large boot room with big locker for the family, which makes things really easy at the start and end of the day. Very nice pool and spa area. Kept very clean. Good underground parking, which made it easy to unload after a hard drive."

"Accommodation was an excellent standard for the price paid. Pool, Sauna & Jacuzzi a great bonus for such a reasonable priced accommodation. Free outside parking or paid covered parking if required. Short walk from the village but bus stop outside. Easy access to ski runs via Bettox - short climb up but can ski back to the car park. Fabulous accommodation for the money, would not hesitate to go back, underrated 2 star accommodation "
