"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort. While St. Maarten and the surrounding islands were beautiful and enjoyable, the resort itself did not meet expectations at all.
One of the biggest issues was the lack of room cleaning. We were gone all day and returned expecting the rooms to be cleaned, but they were not. What made it even more frustrating was that the room had been decorated for birthday decor, yet basic housekeeping was still not completed. It felt...
