"Great location on the Dutch side and the view of the airport runway and Mahoe beach were excellent , and the vibe at the saltwater infinity pool were also outstanding I would recommend this quaint hotel to anyone going to St Martin for the first time.And if the Door man LUKE is on duty just ask him anything about the island and he will steer you in the right direction 😎"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at this resort. The location is incredibly convenient—being so close to everything made it easy to get around on foot and saved us money. The staff played a huge role in making our experience enjoyable, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and kept us entertained throughout our stay. "The breakfast menu is great, the area is lively and is by the beach and numerous restaurants, cafes, convenient stores, markets and etc. AMAZING staff, all very positive. Big shout out to Christine for making us feel very welcome and doing a wonderful job at cleaning. She does her job so wonderfully and I wish I had seen her to tip her the last day :(. But the staff is great, gave us a really nice island feel. The affordability is great and so was my stay. I loved it here :) "

"Beautiful view of the ocean from our room. Booked the ocean view suite and got upgraded to the 10th floor- which is Adults only, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the adults only restaurant Cloud9. Definitely would come back!"

"This was our third stay at LaPlaya. Had a great time as usual. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is very good and staff is excellent. Nice to be able to walk to the small stores for snacks/drinks/etc. Also some great restaurants just a minute’s walk away. "

"Suzanna and Hattie front desk ladies were fantastic! They helped me out so much! The driver was wonderful all the staff were so friendly! Love them. I will say if you’re not ready to walk up & down stairs, or don’t have a rental car, it was a little tough. Other than that no issues here friends and I enjoyed ourselves. "

"Rooms are big and spacious but have musty smell. If we got another room, it had mosquitoes. The only plus point is, you get supermarket on the ground floor. "

"Loved our 2 bedroom 2 bath. Spacious modern and clean with a beautiful view from the 3rd floor, ocean and pool view. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. We could not of asked for anything more. Looking forward to returning next May!!"
