"This is a a great hotel - very clean, beautiful beach views and right in the middle of Orient Village. Excellent restaurant and just steps away from your room. And the staff is amazing. They are so kind and helpful. One day we needed a cab for a short ride and a hotel staffer said “it willl take ten minutes for a cab to get here. I will drive you myself.” I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff."

"The restaurant staff is amazing. The hotel staff working check in is rigid. The hotel amenities are pretty outdated- lounge chairs, floating mats, the gym facilities. The hotel seemed dirty- the gym was super outdated and very dirty, it didn’t seem to have been cleaned in some time. There were no cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment."

"Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! We stayed there for 4 nights in June for our anniversary and had a great time. Our room was well-appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable, the AC strong and the view was incredible - even being on a ground floor unit that technically was considered a garden view. The only thing that wasn’t great was the TV wasn’t working (it kept freezing) which ordinarily wouldn’t matter on vacation but it’s the World Cup so was hoping to catch some games at the end of the day. They had literally switched tv providers the day we arrived (on a Friday) and once Monday rolled around they had someone come out and fix it so that evening was fine. I’m sure it’s fine now and going forward. The breakfast at KKO Beach was lovely. Light and refreshing to start the day but filling enough for the day. It was so nice to just take a short little stroll to sit outside and eat while watching the waves. We didn’t make use of the pool or the other beach clubs so can’t speak on those but everything is walking distance which is great. We enjoyed the little village area and all the restaurants nearby (the little pizza place Bona Mama is divine in particular). Parking is a little tight at the hotel and there are a limited amount of spaces so if you rent a car (which we did and would recommend), smaller size vehicles would be easiest but not necessary. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!"

"I would recommend this place to anyone, Coco is great for anything related to the island. She got us a rental car for a really good price on a very short notice. The pool in the cottage is very nice as well. Room is well clean with good amenities."

"This hotel is such a special place. The property and the hotel itself are beautiful. Marion and Emmanuel have curated the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy St. Martin. What truly sets this hotel apart though is the staff. Every person we met was warm, helpful, and personable. My husband and I stayed here with our 11 year old daughter for two nights at the end of May, and I am still thinking about the special experience we had at Le Martin Boutique. Italia went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I loved the conversations we got to have, and she made my daughter (and me) feel so seen. We left feeling like we'd made a friend for life. Even Angeline, who is the taxi driver the hotel calls most frequently; brought us mangos from her own tree before we left to go to Anguilla. I don't have enough words to express how much we loved our time there. If you are looking for a beautiful, chic, and relaxing stay... this is the place."
