"I had a great stay at Location Alabin Hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, within easy walking distance of Sofia's main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly, responsive, and very communicative before and during my stay. Check-in was smooth, despite me arriving 1:30 am. "Before I mention the bad, let me say that the breakfast and location are good. We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Found out after the first night that room AC was not working. Was a scorching 30+ celsius outside and inside temp would not drop below 27 celsius. Informed staff on 3 occasions about the AC not working in the room. They sent people up twice and claimed it was just the settings that were off on the thermostat. Settings were NOT wrong. Please verify the AC unit itself...

After arguing back and forth a girl showed up and said she was the manager. We showed her the situation and she replied lm cold which was total BS.
