This brand-new hotel is such a special addition to Columbia, and we feel so lucky that we were able to stay in the Fire Tower, it made the experience even more unique. "Check-in was at 3:00. No room ready until 4:00. Shower door wouldn't close, I had to wedge a washcloth into the door track to keep it closed. At breakfast, there were no knifes or salt packets 2 days in a row. Staff was not as helpful as we would've liked."
