"Very friendly staff, close to everything in the area."

"The room is very clean and comfortable, staff is very nice, breakfast is available on site which is good because location is far removed from any restaurant or bakery. It’s located in a very residential area, quiet and safe but not close to much activities in the city. Another drawback is, although check in is at 3;30 there is no possibly to drop off luggage early as lobby is locked from 11:30 to 3:30."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"Perfect & easy location to explore Cannes and the area. Well appointed apartment and very welcoming and helpful team. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Travelled with 3 teens who were able to enjoy some independence easily from this location and who loved the closeness of shops. "

"J’ai apprécié d’être en studio avec cuisinette au lieu d’un hôtel traditionnel. Près de la Promenade des Anglais. Cependant, un peu loin du coeur de Nice pour les terrasses le soir si on voulait s'y rendre après notre journée de visites. On a beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur le toit pour se reposer. Aussi, la proximité du tramway."

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. "

"Great location, walking distance of the train station, restaurants, cafés, pastry shops and beach. The kitchenette was a nice bonus for keeping drinks cold and having breakfast on site. Few coffee pods and tea bags would have been appreciated. Good windows, curtains and blinds also help keep the heat out during the day. However, there are a few things to know, especially in summer. "Keine Geschirrspüler. Für mich persönlich sehr schlecht. Küche klein unbequem zum kochen, nur zum aufwärmen von speisen geeignet.Kühlschrank mikig Mücken überall. Haben was dagegen gekauft, hilft nicht ganz so gut. Ausblick-ein Traum, Schwimmbad super, strand in der Nähe gut zufuss ereichbar."
