"For this price range the hotel was a great value. The room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows were confortable, we didn't use the pool but it looked inviting, laundry availability was awesome but they ran out of quarters needed to do one load so that was a bummer, there were welcome cookies and a good variety on the breakfast buffet."

"When it was time to check in, I rang the buzzer and called for 10-15 minutes for someone to answer the desk. I gave up and went to dinner. Came back an hour later, had to ring again to get someone to answer the desk."

"The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was nice for the most part. My only complaint was the carpet in the room felt like there was residue on it. It left a film on our bare feet."

"For the money the stay is right but the outside is poorly maintained and you hear the street noise quite loudly, the windows are not good quality. The hot tub seems to be out of order all the time. Rooms are nice and relaxing and clean and close to the mall. I give it a 7 out of 10 rating."

"Property was clean and quiet. Pool was good, but dark and the hot tub was out of service. Stayed at same hot last July and pool and hot tub were both not working, so this was improved I guess. Breakfast was a bit dismal, with beige sausage and just cereal, juice, coffee, bagels and mini muffins. Ultimately though, it was clean and safe and a comfortable sleep."
