"I was not told about the nightly deposit fee when I booked the hotel so I had to borrow money from my sister to pay for that. Maybe that was my ignorance. The room was in a corner where traffic from maintenance and other workers was a lot. Then right outside our window (1st floor) there was construction so we had to deal with that chaos as well. The room was not cleaned properly. When I noticed I wiped down everything with sanitizer wipes and sprayed the bed and other materials with disinfectant. The phone did not work so whenever I needed anything I had to go to the lobby. "

"When you book and pay for a suite and you arrive and they tell you they over sold so you get stuck in a standard room with no offer of a partial refund or anything it is very disappointing. But hey, a candy bar from the pantry makes it all better, right?"

"Everything was great! The breakfast was hands down the best I’ve had and such a cozy experience but it’s only available on weekdays. The only con was that you have to venture out quite a bit to find breakfast on the weekends and everywhere has an +1 hour wait. I will 100% be booking again but it would have to be during the week so I could have that breakfast again."

"I don’t understand the excellent reviews at this hotel. The hotel was in a great location. However the room was very dated and smelled of mildew and mold. Shower was filthy. Furniture was falling apart. Would not stay here again. "
