"Weird set up where the only entrance to the hotel is through the garage. Had trouble figuring out the heat/ac. Few tv choices & couldn’t figure out how to get streaming on tv."

"We chose the hotel because it was within walking distance to the United Center. Everything was great about our stay. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was excellent - nutricious with lots of variety. Would definitely choose this hotel again!"

"Easy and non hectic stay. The staff was really nice and kept our bags secure and safe before even being checked into our room. Second time staying here and loved it. The room was nice and neat, no issues. Parking we did not park there but they are friendly and accommodating. The bar was good the service was good "

"What a wonderful stay! Our room was comfortable and spotless. Shout out to the cleaning staff! Great location with about a 10 minute walk to the United Center. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. They keep the front entrance locked which is a plus. About a block around the corner is where there is activity in the way of shops and traffic going into the city and hopping on/off 290. The hotel does have very limited parking for a fee that allows in/out privileges which was wonderful to have....

"It was very nice and well maintained, room was super hot without window open but that’s not a big deal, definitely need to me more open about the fact that’s it’s a shared space kind of hostel thing cuz I was unaware till arrival and I’ve seen many others also not get enough warning other then “shared fridge and microwave” on the page but overall good for price "

"The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were super clean & well maintained. The location is also very convenient, quiet but close and walking distance to the river and the amazing restaurants. Will definitely revisit the Penninsula soon."
