Everything great apart from Sauna which wasn’t working

Extremely friendly. Very clean. The bed room had a lovely view. Enjoyed both dinner and breakfast.

The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day beds pulled out furniture moved bathroom floors washed. Staff were very sweet and helpful, tried out their English on us. Food plentiful, good quality and home made especially the desserts, to die for.

It's in a fabulous location beside a lake with great views, the hotel bar and restaurant is excellent and the staff friendly, would definitely stop again!

This is a genuine treasure. Set back a little behind the main road, it is a haven of peace and charm. There is a wonderful seating area both inside and out, Tea and coffee are available throughout the day should you need it. The rooms have beautiful views of the mountains, the place is beautifully decorated and designed. It is well placed for visits to the surrounding area which is stunning. Our advice would be to try both restaurants on the main road for the evening meal as they offer different...

Excellent spa and outdoor swimming pool. Good restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was fairly average.

Beautiful clean and close to Puente Viesgo which is beautiful. Alberto is a gentleman made us feel at home.

Very convenient location. Lovely facilities including garden and lounge. Breakfast was delicious. But best thing was host. So friendly and helpful, with good advice re places to go. He spoke very good english.

Great hotel in an old mill on the edge of town which is a pleasant 5 minute walk. Staff were very helpful. Location is a bonus with a small river and outside seating area.

An ideal little hotel on the most beautiful beach. Spotlessly clean everywhere and very well maintained, charming owners and staff. All food very good. I hope we can return!

We were lucky enough to happen across this gem when searching for a quiet location close to Santander that would accommodate us and our two small dogs in a hurry. We were taken aback by the extent of kindness and curtesy extended to us by Ivan and warmed by a welcome that was genuine. The accommodation is tasteful and thoughtfully responds to the 150 year old fully renovated building, replete with all of its original timber beams.
